New Nike Viral Marketing

Just left the internet marketing class and the subject today was viral marketing...

Couldn't resist to post this video, a parody of the Nike campaign with an old famous Brazilian football player.. very funny.

As we saw in the class, it is the funny ones which always come out on top. The marketing guys sometimes overdo it to get attractive visuals out and forget about the end results. This problem did happen with the TV ads.

Nice parody. Besides being LOL funny, I find many of the viral ads have a certain "could that be true" element to them. I must admit, that caused me to watch the Nike ad a couple of times just to convince mysef.

I think all ads should be made this way..... then SKY could have a completely new channel dedicating to it, just like watching MTVs!
